Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

You'll provide high-quality, culturally sensitive therapy tailored to the unique needs of children, teens, adults, or families, depending on your area of interest and clinical strength.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver individual, group, or family therapy sessions in-person or via telehealth
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and collaboratively develop treatment plans
- Apply evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, etc.) to support diverse client goals
- Maintain clear, timely documentation using our EHR system
- Participate in clinical supervision, peer consults, and training opportunities
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff for holistic client care
Requirements
- Active LPCC license in the state of California
- Experience working in outpatient mental health or related settings
- Commitment to ethical, culturally humble, trauma-informed practice
- Strong organizational skills and comfort with EHR systems
- Preferred: Additional certifications (e.g., EMDR, TF-CBT), bilingual fluency, or specialized experience in trauma, youth, or marginalized populations
