Description:
We are searching for a candidate to design, develop, implement and maintain complex Alteryx workflows specifically to support the Fund Accounting group's annual audit process.

Job Duties - Design, develop, implement and maintain complex Alteryx workflows specifically to support the Fund Accounting group's annual audit process.
Execute Alteryx workflows to replicate and validate key financial calculations and processes as part of the annual audit cycle.
Migrate existing Alteryx workflows to Microsoft tools: Power BI/PowerApps.
Collaborate closely with the Fund Accounting team to understand data sources, existing processes, calculation logic and audit requirements.
Identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues within Alteryx workflows to ensure data accuracy and timely completion of audit-related tasks.
Develop and implement strategies for centralizing data, workflow documentation and results related to the Alteryx audit process.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all Alteryx workflows,including data lineage, processing logic and output validation steps.
Assist in gathering, cleaning and preparing data from various sources for use within Alteryx workflows.
Communicate workflow status, findings and potential issues clearly to team members and management.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced efficiency within the Alteryx audit procedures.
Job Requirements - Proven proficiency with Alteryx Designer, including building complex data preparation, blending and analytical workflows. Alteryx Designer Core or Advanced Certified.
Demonstrable experience using Alteryx for data manipulation, ETL, process automation, and reconciliation tasks.
Demonstrable experience in migrating Alteryx workflows to Microsoft tools: Power BI/PowerApps.
Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.
Experience working with diverse data sources (e.g., databases, spreadsheets, text files).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to understand and translate business requirements (specifically audit and accounting needs) into effective Alteryx solutions.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks, document processes thoroughly, and meet deadlines, particularly during the critical annual audit period.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with accountants and external auditors.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of Alteryx-related audit tasks.
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or a related quantitative field.
Experience within the financial services industry, particularly asset management, private equity, or fund accounting.Understanding of fund accounting principles and audits.
Experience with SQL querying and familiarity with data visualization tools.
