Job Description:
The client Store Online Readiness Program Manager is responsible for strategizing, planning and successfully managing the the launch of client products and programs worldwide. Aligning people, process and technologies, the Program Manager will ensure the integrity of the launch moment and enhanced by delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The client Store Online Readiness Program Manager is the advocate for the customer and represents the voice of client Store Online with partner teams, across Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Content & Online Buy Flow, Supply Chain Operations, Engineering, Legal and external partners.
The client Store Online Readiness Program Manager is a natural leader and facilitator; a strategic thinker who can "connect the dots" at multiple levels; is driven, organized and detail oriented; communicates with ease at all levels; is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts; manages through relationships and influence; thrives in a dynamic ambiguous environment; and displays grace under fire.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing strategic Online priorities through launch, and driving the program-level closed-loop process for better efficiencies and improvements. You will own and manage the detailed Online plan of record, connecting all workstreams, program timelines and deliverables, and ensuring smooth operations of all execution workstreams. Through the program lifecycle, you will manage leadership and partner communications, ensuring alignment and clarity. Analyze and track new and emerging risks, and develop comprehensive risk mitigation & contingency plans.
Responsibilities:
Center point for ASO, connecting all teams and workstreams , ensuring the best customer experience at launch and the integrity of the orders
Collaborate on and influence Online strategy at launch. Own and deliver content + features plan with clear deliverables & timelines. Track and manage evolving priorities with appropriate trade-offs. (With WWPM, Marcom, Digital Merch, Finance and Retail Commercial teams)
Drive detailed operational and systems plan of record and implementation, and managing readiness across internal and external systems (With Ops, RCC and IS&T)
Drive effective change management with the new and changing client and Retail programs (With Product Management and IS&T)
Min qualifications
6+ years program management experience, managing and delivering strategic initiatives, showcasing ability to connect workstreams to business priorities, strong influencing skills & coordinating members from a broad cross-functional team to work towards one goal/outcome
Experience working cross-functionally across multiple levels of a highly matrixed organization
English business proficiency
Preferred qualifications
BS/BA degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
Experience in eCommerce, Internet, or multi-channel environment with relevant technical and business acumen
Demonstrated success in influencing strategy and direction through data driven insights.
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Demonstrates client's values of inclusion and diversity.
