Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Manages service request lifecycle
Prioritize and assign the service requests through use of DevOps software
Tracks & requests the fulfillment process
Ensures timely resolution of requests
Engages with stakeholders for request updates

Qualifications
Proven experience in service request management or IT service management.
Strong understanding of Kanban methodologies and Agile principles. Must have or receive Kanban certification within 3 months of employment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
ADO, Jira, or other DevOps software experience
Ability to work without constant direction

Nice to Have
Technical experience or experience in IT environment
User Story/Task creation experience
Salary Range: $90,000-$120,000 a year
