Job Description
The Senior People Partner will play a critical role in ensuring an engaged and high performing workforce, driving the overall employee experience, supporting organizational growth, and aligning people strategies with business objectives. The Senior People Partner will collaborate with senior leaders to provide insightful guidance on all people-related matters, including talent development, employee engagement, performance management, organizational design, and more.

**Position is located in Denver, CO with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office/2 days remote)

Job Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership
- Provide collaboration and thought partnership to People Partners as they work with the business on strategic initiatives
- Support activities and drive engagement that sustain a high performing People Partner team, regularly share knowledge and best practices to influence how the People Partners approach their work and streamline efficiencies
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business goals and provide HR strategies and solutions that drive organizational success
- Develop and implement People initiatives aligned with business objectives, ensuring People Team practices support overall business strategy and OKRs
Talent and Performance Management
- Lead initiatives to develop and retain top talent, including performance management, succession planning, and career development strategies
- Provide coaching and support to help managers create succession plans for top talent, and development plans for their teams that support employees' career path and are aligned to Company goals to drive organizational performance
- Partner with managers to identify talent needs, skills gap analysis and implement effective recruitment strategies that are deployed through recruiters to attract top talent
- Oversee performance management processes, ensuring that managers are regularly providing employees with meaningful feedback. Guide managers in coaching all employees to peak performance
Employee Relations
- Ensure the team follows consistent processes and documentation procedures as they navigate employee relations issues
- Provide partnership and guidance to both People Partners and managers as they address employee concerns and conflicts, providing mediation and resolution to foster a values driven work environment
- Implement fair practices and influence company policies and procedures. Implement fair practices and influence company policies and procedures. Ensure we retain our beloved company culture while maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Organizational Development
- Lead managers effectively through organizational change, including restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions
- Organize all activities and drive communication with leaders to ensure all necessary steps are completed on time and well communicated so that all stakeholders are aligned and informed
- Lead a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing employee and survey feedback and implementing action plans to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
Data Driven Project Management
- Lead and participate in People Team projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliver results
- Utilize people analytics metrics, data, benchmarks and best practices to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders
- Leverage analytics to assess trends in turnover, engagement, and performance, using data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement in People strategies
- Monitor key People performance indicators and develop strategies to address areas of improvement
Expected salary range: $110,000-$183,500
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a People Partner or similar role on a People Team, with a deep understanding of human resources practices and business operations.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, develop insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in managing complex employee relations issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field is required
- Master's degree and/or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is a plus.
- And, 8-10 years' experience in People Partnering, Organizational or Leadership Development, and/or People Operations or similar is required.
Travel Requirements
- Occasional travel might be required.
