How you will contribute:

  • Drive business development and candidate searches working closely with medium to large company prospects. Manage project flow, timeline and execution.
    • Work to identify top accounts, target skill sets, key market segments, and to assess clients' recruiting requirements.
    • Manage existing accounts
    • Increase sales and market share through leading a team and holding others accountable for results and active in lead generation
    • Active participation in professional associations to generate new accounts
    • Call prospective clients and establish customer needs, hiring cycles, and initiate client relationships
    • Prepare marketing materials, effective proposals, and fee agreements for customers
    • Work closely to identify MSA opportunities and build strong working relationships with clients.
    • Strategy for growth of client relationships and team career growth
    • Work in a team environment, providing feedback to other Senior Recruiters, and Recruiters
  • Work as a skilled Technical Recruiter to develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools
    • Help team members gain skills and training needed to provide solid Technical Recruiting
    • Lead a team effectively managing pipeline of activity for high performing results
    • Evaluate candidates' strengths compared with clients' requirements by evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidate
    • Negotiate compensation and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for job requirements
    • Complete necessary pre-employment processes including reference checks and background/drug tests
    • Communicate effectively with others to create a productive and diverse environment
    • Communicate with peers by sharing recruiting "best practices" and providing accurate, thorough documentation on contract employees in applicant tracking systems or other documentation tools
    • Maintain relationships with industry contacts to provide customer service, gain industry knowledge, and get referrals and sales leads
    • Utilize social media networks to further connect with industry contacts and potential candidates.

We are looking for people who have Forward Vision and

  • A sense of urgency, excellent presentation skills & high standard of professionalism/character are musts.
  • Availability to work before/after typical office hours as work or related network events may demand.
  • Desire to learn and teach in a fast-paced consulting environment and be capable of regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.
  • Possess strong written and oral English communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 12+ years of recruiting or consulting building client relationship and a track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advance degree or certifications a plus.

Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085)

Pursuant to Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range displayed is for the Colorado market. The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Total compensation and benefits consist of salary, group health plan benefits, 401(K), profit-sharing contributions, flexible time off, and parental leave. Forvis Mazars reserves the right to make changes to the salary range based on business needs.
