How You'll Make an Impact

As a Sales Lead at Epsilon, you'll play a pivotal role in driving digital marketing success for clients across various industries. Your focus will be on identifying, developing, and closing performance-focused business opportunities. Working directly with brands and key decision-makers-including Marketing, E-commerce, and Trade Marketing Directors-you will establish strategic relationships, understand client needs, and deliver strategic and tailored digital marketing, media and data solutions that maximize ROI and achieve commercial objectives.

What You'll Achieve
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with assigned accounts, promoting awareness of Epsilon's solutions and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including key decision-makers across Media, Marketing, E-commerce, and Trade Marketing practices.
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to expand new client base.
  • Understand clients' marketing needs and propose sales strategies to attain goals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, prepare and present digital media sales strategies, commercial proposals, negotiate, and successfully close deals to attain goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that solutions are aligned with client objectives and requirements.
  • Stay up to date with market trends and digital marketing technologies to optimize client strategies.


Who You Are
  • What you'll bring with you:
    • 6-9 years of experience in media agency roles, particularly in programmatic, performance digital marketing, and data. Ad sales or business development is a plus.
    • Proven client relationships and contacts, expertise with Marketing, E-commerce, and Trade Marketing Directors or similar roles.
    • A proven track record of consultative selling and closing deals at senior executive levels.
    • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and performance metrics (ROI, CPC, CPA, etc.).
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to lead the complete sales cycle, from strategy, to prospecting and implementation.
    • Being proficient in both, English and Spanish for business discussions and correspondence is essential and required.
