The Opportunity
As part of the Operations Consulting team you shall contribute to client engagements focused on the revenue cycle of healthcare provider organizations. As an Associate you shall support senior staff in delivering quality work, actively participating in discussions, and preparing accurate documentation while building meaningful client connections.
Responsibilities
- Build sturdy relationships with clients to enhance collaboration
- Analyze the revenue cycle processes for healthcare organizations
- Utilize various tools and methodologies to solve problems
- Adapt to changing project needs and client expectations
- Learn and apply industry practices in operations consulting
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 year of experience

- Analyzing middle revenue cycle and coding processes
- Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and Google Tools
- Participating in client discussions actively

The salary range for this position is: $75,000 - $118,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
