Location: Beaumont, CA (Hybrid: In-office + Remote)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary:
  • Psychologist: $110,000 - $160,000/year
  • LCSW, LPCC, LMFT: $95,000 - $130,000/year
    (Based on licensure and experience)
    Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
    Schedule: Monday-Friday (No weekends!)
Overview:

Join a compassionate, mission-driven team as a Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) in Escondido, CA. This hybrid role offers flexibility, purpose, and the chance to make a true impact by delivering brief, targeted behavioral health care in an integrated primary care setting.What You'll Do:
  • Provide short-term, solution-focused psychotherapy
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Address behavioral, emotional, and social factors impacting health
  • Support patients with chronic conditions, co-occurring disorders, and lifestyle change goals
  • Collaborate with medical providers and participate in warm hand-offs
  • Offer crisis intervention, psychoeducation, and culturally responsive care
Requirements:
  • Licensed in California as a:
    • Psychologist (PhD or PsyD), or
    • LCSW, LPCC, LMFT (Master's degree in social work, counseling)
  • 2+ years of experience with psychotherapy (including child/adolescent care)
  • Health-related therapy experience preferred
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
