Summary:

Marketing Strategic Planning and Operations team (MSP&O) plays a vital role in empowering the Business Marketing Group (BMG) to unlock collective impact and achieve sustainable success by shaping marketing strategy and plans, spearheading operational excellence, and evolving marketing's capabilities.

The MSP&O team is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead Scaled Business Marketing operations, including program manage critical cross-organizational workstreams, identify and improve org processes and tools for more efficiency.

To excel in this role, an ideal candidate should be a seasoned program manager with expertise in leading complex cross-functional workstreams, fostering and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, improving processes and tools, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant working experience as marketing manager, program / project manager, business operations or in an equivalent function
• Understanding of marketing functions and their core competencies
• Experience in designing and leading rhythm of business for multi-functional organizations and driving regular leadership performance reviews based on data-driven insight
• Experience in collaborating and building relationships in dynamic and matrixed organizations
• Experience in improving and scaling processes and tools for large, global organizations, particularly in marketing / GTM-related functions
• Demonstrated project management experience - proven organizational skills and experience managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines

Pay range is $74 - $79 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
