As a Transformational Cross-Sector Leader, you will be a visionary and dynamic leader who drives large-scale transformations for clients across various sectors. You will leverage deep industry knowledge, cutting-edge strategies, and cross-functional expertise to create tailored solutions that empower organizations to thrive in the face of continuous change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead and inspire teams across various industries, driving innovation and change initiatives that transform organizations. Develop long-term strategies that address complex business challenges, focusing on scalability, sustainability, and future-readiness.
  • Client Engagement: Build and cultivate strong relationships with C-suite executives, stakeholders, and decision-makers to understand their challenges and co-create innovative solutions. Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert insights and guidance on critical transformation efforts.
  • Cross-Sector Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of multiple industries to deliver value across diverse markets. Recognize and synthesize emerging trends and best practices from different sectors to develop cross-industry solutions that drive competitive advantage.
  • Change Management: Spearhead organizational change management strategies, ensuring successful adoption of new systems, processes, and mindsets. Facilitate culture change and leadership alignment to drive sustainable transformation.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, lead proposal development efforts, and build strong client relationships to grow the firm's footprint across industries. Demonstrate thought leadership and contribute to the firm's overall business strategy. Proactively bring opportunities to key accounts, and desire to spend 80% of time on client facing activities such as selling, delivering or shaping deals.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing, cross-functional teams. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation within the organization. Ensure teams are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and resources needed to succeed.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent the firm at industry forums, conferences, and events. Publish articles, white papers, and case studies that showcase the firm's expertise in driving transformational change across sectors.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven Leadership Experience: 15+ years of experience in management consulting, with a proven track record of leading large-scale transformations across multiple industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, technology, manufacturing, energy, government, etc.).
  • Industry Expertise: Deep expertise and understanding of at least three different industries, with the ability to seamlessly apply knowledge and insights across sectors. Experience leading cross-industry projects with successful outcomes.
  • Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think strategically at the C-suite level and develop forward-thinking, innovative solutions that drive tangible business results.
  • Change Management Expertise: Strong experience leading complex change initiatives, including the adoption of digital technologies, organizational restructuring, and cultural transformation.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise manner, tailored to different audiences. Comfortable presenting to executive leadership and large groups.
  • Proven Business Development Skills: Strong network within the industry and a track record of growing client relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering high-value consulting engagements.
  • Global Perspective: Experience working in global or multi-geography environments with the ability to navigate diverse cultures, organizational structures, and business challenges.
  • Advanced Degree: MBA, PhD, or equivalent advanced degree from a top-tier institution preferred.
