This position does not require travel and operates during day shifts. Ensure the scalability and security of VMware infrastructure to support business growth.
Conduct regular assessments and audits of VMware environments to identify and address potential issues.
Develop and maintain documentation for VMware configurations, processes, and procedures.
Stay updated with the latest VMware technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to VMware infrastructure.
Optimize resource utilization and performance within the VMware environment.
Participate in capacity planning and disaster recovery planning for VMware systems.
Mentor junior team members and provide training on VMware best practices.
Contribute to the development of strategic plans for IT infrastructure and virtualization.
