Salary Range:
$92,000.00 - $120,000.00

We have a phenomenal opportunity for someone with early experience in campaign or project management who loves to plan, coordinate, and connect the dots across teams. Etsy is seeking a collaborative and meticulous Project Manager to support the day-to-day planning and coordination of marketing campaigns across both buyer and seller audiences.

This is a full-time position reporting to the Director, Creative Operations. In addition to salary, you will also be eligible for an equity package, an annual performance bonus, and our competitive benefits that support you and your family as part of your total rewards package at Etsy.

This role requires your presence in Etsy's Brooklyn Office once or twice per week depending on your proximity to the office. What's this team like at Etsy?
This role is part of our Creative & Marketing Operations team and works closely with a Senior Program Manager to bring visibility, rhythm, and strategic alignment to our campaign programming efforts.

What does the day-to-day look like?
  • Maintain clear, accurate marketing calendars so teams stay informed and in sync.
  • Prioritize campaign inputs like briefs, timelines, and audience insights.
  • Partner with the Senior Program Manager to make sure our campaigns are sequenced in a smart, strategic way.
  • Coordinate planning meetings across strategy and marketing partners to stay aligned.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines and help ensure partners have what they need to stay on track.
  • Keep shared documents and planning tools organized and up to date.
  • Identify early risks or blockers and involve the right people to resolve them.
  • Capture key takeaways and findings to advise future planning.
  • Offer support across the team-because phenomenal work happens when we pitch in together.

Qualities that will help you thrive in this role are:
  • Experience in project or program management-ideally within marketing
  • Confident navigating multiple partners and shifting priorities.
  • Comfortable using project management tools, familiar with strategy and analytics, and known for bringing structure and focus to sophisticated workflows.
  • You love working in collaborative environments
  • Experienced with planning, enjoy helping others succeed
  • Continuously looking to stay current with industry trends
  • Communicate clearly, and bring strong organizational skills to the table.
