We are looking for a front-end Software Engineer to develop user interfaces within AWS cloud-native environments for internal users and enterprise customers. This position will support various products and solutions, including 5G ANS, Wireless Connectivity, Business Internet, Internet of Things, Security, and Teamwork, within the T-Mobile Business Group IT domain.

Job Responsibilities:
- Craft reliable and performant software products and features in a variety of popular software languages and frameworks such as React, Angular, Java, Spring boot
- Build data persistence solutions for software products, with the chance to work with and learn multiple data stores (including Mongo, Redis, Postgres) as well as event streaming platforms (including RabbitMQ, Kafka,
- Own the end-to-end solution with the team, from unit tests to CI/CD pipelines to deployments to monitoring and security.
- Go broad AND deep: work on front ends and back-ends, automate tests and infrastructure, build CI/CD pipelines
- Not just write code but deliver your code to production and explore extending your skills into site and system reliability areas of focus!
- Lead other software engineers to learn standard processes such as test-driven development, pair programming, automation, async communication, and more
- Design, develop, and support 5G ANS solutions and related tools and capabilities
- Work closely with business and product leadership, Architects, and DevOps engineers to build out and implement the strategy and product roadmap for TFB Platform and exposing capabilities to B2B customers via UIs, APIs and Micro services
- Apply development skills to build (code) and unit test new systems functionality per technical specifications, with work to include code builds and detailed unit test results
- Facilitate reviews (walkthroughs) of technical specifications and program code with other members of the technical team, communicating design, requirements, feature set, functionality, and limitations of systems/applications to team and development lead
- Communicate design, requirements, functionality, and limitations of systems/applications
- Contribute to and work to meet project schedules by providing accurate estimates of effort required for development work, by providing updates, and by raising issues that might affect project success to management
- Collaborate/Partner with other teams including Enterprise Testing, Release Planning and Management, Business Systems Analysis, Project Management, and Application Support on successful delivery of product improvements and support
Work Experience
- 3-5 years full stack application development experience primarily focused on UI.
- Minimum 3 years' professional experience designing and developing applications on one RDBMS or NoSQL DB (Postgres, Mongo, Redis etc.)
- Minimum 3 years' professional experience using 3 or more development languages or tools (e.g., React, Angular, JAVA, Spring Boot, etc.).
- Minimum 3 years' professional experience designing and developing applications for the clouds.
- Minimum of 3 years' work experience as a Software Engineer, preferably in the telecommunication industry.
- Development experience on at least 4 projects with total project team size greater than 3 team members and has acted as lead Software Engineer on at least one project impacting multiple business units and providing technical leadership for at least 3 Software Engineers.
- Knowledge of end-to-end security across application, transport, network, cloud, and infrastructure security controls as well as data privacy and protection controls
- Solid understanding of Agile and Dev Ops standard methodologies and processes
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience in Telecommunication domain
- All around Full Stack development experience
- Awareness or expertise of UI, Middleware tools, Cloud computing, GitLab, NoSQL DB's (Mongo, Redis etc.)
- Test Automation and Deployment Automation
- Current technological trends and developments in industry.
