Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day unit operations to ensure adherence to patient care standards
- Guide and support your team to achieve quality benchmarks and regulatory compliance
- Lead initiatives to elevate patient satisfaction and deliver an exceptional patient experience
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource management to meet patient care needs effectively
- Mentor and develop nursing staff through ongoing feedback and professional growth
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recent acute care leadership experience (CNC, House Supervisor, or Charge RN)
- 5+ years of total RN experience
- ACLS certification (required within 30 days of hire)
- BLS certification (required upon hire)
- Current RN license (state or compact)

- Support System: Collaborate with charge nurses, peer managers, and Director of Acute Care
- Team Composition: Manage a team of RNs, LPNs, PCTs, and monitor techs
