Overview

Leads the development, planning, and execution of PEO focused growth strategies with Paychex internal partner referral business volume. In collaboration with Area Sales Directors, District Sales Managers, Strategic Business Consultants, establish and manage key cross functional relationships while acting as the key point of contact between PEO and MMS sales. Accountable for growing referral volume and attributable revenue between the PEO and MMS business units.

Responsibilities

  • Implement growth strategies, conduct quarterly business reviews, and manage the ongoing referral process between the PEO and other market area teams (i.e. HCM Mid-Market, Enterprise, Strategic Accounts, etc.) to increase Paychex PEO referral volume and revenue.
  • Developing and working with Sales, Marketing, Service/Ops, Finance and Compliance across Market Teams to implement strategies and incentives that effectively grow cross functional referral volume and revenue.
  • Assists in the execution of communication strategies to deliver program information, sales results, expectations, promotions/campaigns, and policies and procedures to the Market Team sales organization(s) to ensure effective execution of the programs.
  • Consults and assists with Senior Leadership on recommended policy improvements, procedures and best practices aligned to the Paychex values and future state vision
  • Collaborates with internal partners to build business cases for recommended changes from Senior Leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
  • 4 years of experience in HCM and/or PEO industry.
  • 4 years of experience in Partnership/indirect selling ecosystems.
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Develops and delivers effective presentations.
  • Ability to influence internal and/or external constituents.
