We are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to provide technical leadership and oversight to a team of SREs working on a high-impact project. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on experience in Kubernetes, disaster recovery (DR) planning, and modern CI/CD infrastructure. This role will play a key part in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of complex distributed systems.

The base salary range for this position is $91,457 - $137,186, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to other SREs on the project team
- Lead the setup and management of Kubernetes environments.
- Design and implement Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions, including High Availability (HA) and Load Balancer configurations
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless application releases and system performance
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues across cloud-native platforms
- Utilize and support technologies such as Cassandra, RabbitMQ, Redis/In-Memory DBs, and GitLab
- Work with cloud environments, preferably AWS with Kubernetes orchestration
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in a lead or senior-level SRE role
- Strong background in Kubernetes deployment and management (TKE experience preferred)
- Hands-on expertise with HA/DR setups, load balancing, and distributed system architecture
- Deep understanding of CI/CD processes and toolchains
- Experience with Cassandra, RabbitMQ, Redis, and GitLab
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and cloud-native tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
