Job Description:

• Age groups to be treated: adult and geriatric
• Inpatient and outpatient
• Approximately 24 patients per day
• Shift schedule: 8:00 am-5:00 pm with rounding schedule
• Documentation System/EMR: EPIC/Dragon
• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 3 months

Requirement description :

• Board Certified/Board Eligible - REQUIRED (Board Certified is PREFERRED)
• Active IL license and/or IMLC - REQUIRED (IL license in hand is PREFERRED)
• Clean malpractice - REQUIRED
• COVID vaccinated - REQUIRED
