Job Purpose:
- The purpose of the Occupational Therapist (OT) position at Butte Home Health Inc. is to provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in their homes. The role involves assessing, planning, and implementing therapy programs to improve patients' functional abilities and enhance their quality of life. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, tailored to individual needs and goals.
- Conduct thorough assessments to determine patients' functional abilities and develop personalized therapy plans.
- Implement therapy programs to improve patients' daily living skills, mobility, and overall independence.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies to support ongoing care.

Qualifications

Required Education:
- CA License in Occupational Therapy

Preferred Education:
- Clinical experience in a relevant field

- Experience in providing home health occupational therapy services

- Familiarity with developing personalized therapy plans for patients
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
