UHS is seeking an experienced leader to run the sales efforts for our behavioral health specialized treatment programs. This role will be responsible for developing program specific messaging, identifying differentiators, analyzing competitive intelligence, and monitoring market trends for key service areas, including substance abuse recovery, eating disorder treatment, and education programs for developmental disorders such as autism. The Vice President of Service Line Sales will play a critical role in driving growth by working with sales teams, marketing, operations, and clinical teams to develop targeted messaging and sales strategies, positioning the company as a leader in each specialty market segment.

Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, this individual will leverage industry expertise and market knowledge to guide the company's approach to selling specialized treatment programs and ensure alignment with broader business objectives. Combines strong strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the behavioral health and educational treatment landscape.

Knowledge
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior product sales leadership role, with a proven track record of success in selling behavioral health services or treatment programs.
  • Deep knowledge of the behavioral health and education treatment industries, including substance abuse recovery, eating disorder treatment, and autism spectrum disorder services.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, competitive intelligence, and market trend analysis in the healthcare or treatment sectors.
  • Experience with developing and executing product messaging, differentiators, and positioning strategies to drive sales.
Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage with C-suite executives and other decision-makers.- Ability to develop and maintain a sales pipeline, track performance, and meet or exceed ambitious revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, CRM tools, and data-driven sales strategies.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
