About the Role
ECBM is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Vice President of Human Resources to lead our HR function and drive organizational success. This executive leadership will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with ECBM's overall business objectives. The SVP of HR will oversee all aspects of human resources, fostering a high-performance culture, ensuring legal compliance, and positioning ECBM as an employer of choice.
Responsibilities
o Serve as a key member of the leadership team, providing strategic HR guidance and aligning HR initiatives with the organization's mission, values, and long-term goals.
o Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support business growth, drive employee engagement, and enhance organizational effectiveness.
o Anticipate future HR needs and proactively develop solutions to address them.
o Lead the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent across all levels of the organization.
o Oversee the design and implementation of effective onboarding and offboarding programs to ensure a positive employee experience.
o Develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning, leadership development, and career pathing.
o Drive organizational development initiatives to foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
o Lead change management efforts to support organizational transformation and growth.
o Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention.
o Design and oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees, ensuring alignment with market trends and organizational goals.
o Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance.
o Provide guidance and counsel to senior leadership on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of employees.
o Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
o Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a positive and productive work environment.
o Oversee the efficient and effective delivery of HR services, including HRIS management, payroll administration, and HR reporting.
o Evaluate and implement HR technology solutions to streamline processes and improve HR effectiveness.
o Design and implement performance management systems that drive employee development, align with organizational goals, and foster a culture of accountability.
o Provide guidance and support to managers on performance evaluations, feedback processes, and
performance improvement plans.
o Identify organizational training needs and develop comprehensive programs to enhance employee skills, support career growth, and promote a culture of continuous learning.
o Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
o Prepare and present regular reports to the executive leadership team on key HR metrics and trends.
o Lead and participate in special projects.

Education & Experience
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required.
- A minimum of 15 years of advanced HR leadership experience is essential, specifically within a 150+ employee professional services firm, coupled with a documented history of impactful contributions at a senior HR level.
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Strong understanding of all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
- Proven ability to lead and manage HR teams effectively.
- Excellent knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong business acumen and financial literacy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and change management skills.
