Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will help develop and implement policy advocacy and strategic engagements designed to strengthen U.S. business relations with assigned markets within the Chamber's Americas Department.

The salary range for this position is $109,500.00 to $116,000.00. The actual salary paid for this position will vary based on market data, an applicant's qualifications, relevant degrees, certifications, and other factors. Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will help develop and implement policy advocacy and strategic engagements designed to strengthen U.S. business relations with assigned markets within the Chamber's Americas Department.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policy advocacy, initiatives, and programs for assigned markets through policy dialogues, working groups, public consultations, and other activities.
- Provide intelligence updates on political and economic developments and track relevant policies, legislation, and regulations.
- Prepare written communications, including press releases, blog posts, memos, policy documents, and reports for member distribution.
- Prepare executive correspondence and briefing materials.
- Manage the recruitment of new members, cultivate relationships with existing members, and respond to member inquiries.
- Plan and carry out business delegations to the region and other policy-related events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of experience in international trade and investment fields; a strong understanding and experience with policy issues are a plus.
- Master's degree in public policy, international relations, or business administration, preferred.
- Familiarity with the U.S. business community operating in the Americas.
- A demonstrated understanding of the business, economic, political, and legislative environment in the Americas region.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills in English and Spanish.
- Excellent public relations and interpersonal skills.
- Fundraising or business development experience is a plus.
