Broadridge is seeking a Strategy Analyst to join our Regulatory Modernization Program, focused on the future of operations across ICS (i.e., "Operations Modernization"). This person will report to the day-to-day leader of the Operations Modernization pillar and will contribute to the delivery of a major enterprise transformation program aimed at streamlining operational workflows across six core product areas (US Proxy, MF Proxy, MF Interims, Canada Proxy, Global Proxy, and Corporate Actions). This role is a springboard for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in process optimization, project execution, and stakeholder engagement within a high-impact, cross-functional transformation team.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work from home.

Salary range $85,000.00-$90,000.00. Bonus Eligible.

Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of the Operations Modernization pillar of Regulatory Modernization within ICS, including discovery, planning, and implementation
- Work closely with multiple operations and client service teams to document current workflows and identify pain points, handoffs, and system/tool usage
- Collaborate with SMEs to uncover opportunities to improve and streamline processes; work closely with product and technology on documentation, planning, and execution
- Maintain project artifacts, such as: meeting transcripts/summaries, detailed process maps, status trackers, risk/issue logs, and team SharePoint resources
- Help prepare materials and insights for leadership updates, change communications, and rollout plans
- Support project planning, milestone tracking, and the orchestration of project steering and working group forums
- Assist in capturing lessons learned and documenting process enhancements across products
- Contribute to implementation efforts, including change management, rollout planning, process documentation, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related discipline
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, business analysis, or transformation roles
- Strong analytical and organizational skills; experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and project planning tools
- Experience with Visio, PowerBI, and Broadridge AI Tools (or other GenAI applications for productivity)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally and across levels
- Familiarity with Broadridge ICS products and/or operations is a plus
