JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales and Marketing to lead our global revenue strategy, expand market reach, and enhance customer engagement. This role will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven sales and marketing strategies that align with our company vision and growth objectives. The VP of Sales and Marketing will oversee sales, marketing, customer success, and strategic partnerships, ensuring a seamless approach to customer acquisition and retention.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and expand into new markets.
  • Align sales, marketing, and customer success functions to ensure a cohesive and high-impact approach to customer acquisition and retention.
  • Partner with the executive team to shape the company's long-term strategic vision, ensuring revenue-generating functions are optimized for success.
  • Cultivate a team culture aligned with the StoneAge OWN IT Mindset, providing mentorship and performance-driven coaching to direct reports.

Sales & Business Development:
  • Lead the global sales team, implementing best-in-class sales strategies to increase market penetration and customer engagement.
  • Establish and manage sales performance metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management processes.
  • Build and strengthen strategic customer and dealer partnerships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and long-term engagement.


  • Drive continuous improvement in sales operations, optimizing tools, processes, and customer insights to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Global Operations to integrate sales forecasting with overall business planning.

Marketing Leadership:
  • Oversee the marketing strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and brand positioning.
  • Drive demand generation, digital marketing, and brand awareness initiatives to attract and convert high-value customers.
  • Partner with the Director of Marketing to develop data-driven go-to-market strategies, including new product launches and customer engagement campaigns.
  • Leverage marketing automation, AI, and analytics to enhance lead generation, sales conversion, and customer insights.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry shifts to inform marketing and sales strategy.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • 10+ years of executive leadership experience in sales and marketing within an industrial product manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through sales strategies, marketing execution, product positioning, and partnerships.
  • Experience leading and scaling high-performance sales and marketing teams with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
  • Background in industrial products, oil & gas, or similar B2B industries preferred.
  • Strong understanding of subscription-based revenue models and software-enabled hardware sales.
  • Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), marketing automation, and digital marketing technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).
