Meta Reality Labs is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Retail Media Lead to join our Reality Labs North America Partner Enablement team. As a key member of our Partner Enablement team, the RMN manager is a strategic and enthusiastic problem-solver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do. This is an outstanding opportunity to build and manage key client relationships, leverage analytical skills, and develop platform and product expertise to become a trusted consultant in media planning, strategy, and measurement to the world's most innovative advertisers. With knowledge of performance marketing, this role is responsible for partnering with the sales team to develop trusted relationships, and drive revenue by optimizing complex opportunities. Success in this position requires data and analytical skills, a best in class data-driven consultative sales approach, translate client business objectives into creative solutions, thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. Candidates should have experience working with Amazon Ads, Roundel, Walmart Connect and Best Buy Ads and knowledge of how retail marketing operates.

North America Retail Media Lead Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive retail media network strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement
  • Work cross-functionally to successfully build and develop industry-specific relationships to drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities.
  • Support in contract negotiations, quarterly business reviews and data requirements alongside our Partner Enablement managers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, data science, and insights to ensure alignment and effective execution of retail media network initiatives
  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, brands, and technology partners/ vendors
  • Synthesize market, industry, and competitor data to anticipate how internal factors will influence client's interaction with platforms and services, as well as make decisions that impact the long term success of the business.
  • Create and present business cases to secure investment and support for retail media network initiatives
  • Lead the development and implementation of retail media network campaigns, including planning, execution, and measurement
  • Collaborate with data analytics teams to develop and implement metrics and reporting to measure the effectiveness of retail media network initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail media networks and make recommendations for improvement
  • Guide media and creative strategy, planning and implementation of campaigns to deliver against KPIs (Key performance indicators)
  • Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance


Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in retail media networks, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Expertise in analyzing data from a variety of different sources (quantitative and qualitative), presenting the data in a clear and concise manner, and developing actionable insights.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience influencing executives and partners
  • Experience developing and executing retail media network strategies that drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement
  • Experience with retail media network ecosystem, including retailers, brands, and technology partners
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience to interpreting complex data sets and make informed decisions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

$150,000/year to $211,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
