The expected annual salary range for this role is $67500.0 - $99000.0 a year.

You will work within the Program Management Office (PMO) team to ensure that project managers have access to accurate and timely information for decision-making.
You will collaborate with various project teams to track progress, update project plans, and maintain project documentation, ensuring that all aspects of the project are aligned with our goals and timelines. What you'll do:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the tracking, updating and reporting progress, and/or variance on all aspects of the Project to include financials (EAC, ETC), project plans (IMS), work breakdown structures (WBS), project risk registers, and adherence with project reporting calendar to both internal and external customers
- Timely and accurate Estimate at Completion (EAC) development, analysis, and reporting
- Update, analyze, and provide reports on project data for monthly reporting cycles and dashboard reports; utilizing data housed within Oracle, Deltek PPM, and ProPM platforms
- Assists with the maintenance of an Earned Value Management (EVM) baseline using Deltek software suite
- Provide support for bid and proposal activities, including preparing necessary documentation and analysis
- Collaborate with project teams and the PMO in problem-solving
- Understand and manage the project lifecycle process: Ensuring compliance with all phases of project governance are completed efficiently and effectively
- Provide direct project support, administrative tasks, and logistical activities
- Advise the project manager of any trends, deviations and exceptions, and collaborate when appropriate on recommendations
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
- Provide configuration management and version control support on various project management documents
- Support project close out activities and capture lessons learned
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university
- Minimum 1 year of experience with program scheduling or program cost analysis
- Minimum of one year of professional experience with data analysis?This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by export laws of the US. In order to be eligible, you must be either a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Earned Value Management principles and EVMS software (Deltek Cobra)
- Advanced experience of software tools including: MS Excel, MS Project, and ERP system (Oracle preferred)
- Goal orientation balancing task, team and individual needs to achieve the right outcomes
- Strong interpersonal skills (communication, motivation, team work)
- Drive, enthusiasm, initiative and a willingness to develop
- Methodical and organized
- Analytical and highly numerate
- Experience working in the aerospace industry as part of a team
