POSITION SUMMARY:
The Project Manager, Strategic Initiatives will work closely with senior leaders to assist in managing key
initiatives and projects across the organization. This role will provide support in organizing, tracking, and
driving projects to completion. The Project Manager, Strategic Initiatives will be collaborating with cross-
functional teams and ensuring the efficient delivery of project objectives. This position will apply project
management practices to contribute to the long-term success of the organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:

Project Management - 100%
Assist in managing a portfolio of projects by helping to design objectives, timelines, and key performance metrics.
Collaborate with senior leaders and teams across various functions to ensure successful completion of business goals
Support the coordination of cross-functional teams, ensuring work is aligned with overall project goals and timelines
Help implement project management routines to support organizational effectiveness
Manage and maintain project milestones and deliverables; create project plans
Manage project meeting agendas and facilitation; capture meeting notes and next steps
Aid in supporting change management activities and assisting in driving stakeholder adoption
Prepare project updates and assist in creating executive-level communications
Contribute to strategic and tactical decision-making by providing relevant information and analysis
Defines workshop objectives to establish clear goals and desired outcomes that align with organizational needs
Prepares workshop materials, creating all necessary handouts, presentations, and resources in advance to ensure a smooth session
Supports group collaboration through brainstorming and idea sharing, ensuring insights are drawn from discussion
Captures insights and action items; documents key takeaways to ensure follow up and continuity

May work on special projects or other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS
Undergraduate degree in related discipline.
5-7 years experience in project management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
Working knowledge of Monday.com (optional, but preferred)
Working knowledge of document management systems
