Finance Manager, Metaverse Content

The Finance and Business Planning team enables Meta to plan, prioritize, and execute as effectively as possible. We take a uniquely long-term view towards business problems and operate with an independent and objective perspective, representing our point of view to our executive stakeholders. We serve as financial advisers to our business partners and own shared business goals and results where appropriate. You will serve as the primary finance business partner to the Reality Labs VP, Head of Content. Responsibilities will include owning Content's P&L through operating income, leading forecasting and planning, developing strategic and operational insights, and modeling financial scenarios to guide product and business decisions. This is a unique opportunity to work on a blend of finance, strategy, and analytics, while focusing on process management and improvement. Finance Manager, Metaverse Content Responsibilities

• Understand, impact, and influence business investment decisions through detailed financial analysis
• Develop financial plans for Content organization and present financial reporting and forecasts to key stakeholders
• Provide hands-on analytical support and develop actionable insights throughout the product development process
• Lead data driven decision making and analysis of strategic roadmap investments
• Provide insights to business partners through scenario based modeling and long-range forecasting
• Own ad hoc strategic and operational projects as required, and drive process improvements by partnering with cross functional owners
• Create trusted business partnerships with various functions across the Reality Labs business

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business strategy, finance, or management consulting
• Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related analytical field
• Experience in data analytics, data visualization, and scenario based analysis
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with stakeholders
• Experience to dive into critical capital Investments, headcount requirements, and long-term strategic implications of agreements

Preferred Qualifications

• SQL experience
• Experience in a management consulting firm, investment bank, or a high-growth tech company
• MBA or MS in quantitative field
• Experience working in consumer electronics or technology

$142,000/year to $205,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
