Program Manager - Children's Crisis Services
About the Position: The incumbent chosen for this position will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and well-being of children and youth with complex mental health needs and/or experiencing mental health crises. They will manage children's crisis services, adolescent substance use, juvenile justice, and other projects identified by the Division Director - Children's Services. They will oversee and provide training and technical assistance to crisis response teams, including mobile response and stabilization units. Responsibilities will include managing contracts, conducting evaluations, developing monitoring criteria, site visits, and model implementation including best practice and evidenced based treatment models. Additionally, they will collaborate with juvenile justice and substance abuse treatment programs to develop care pathways and expand services. This position requires strong leadership, the ability to work on-call, and a commitment to improving mental health services and crisis response systems for children and youth across the state.

- Primary Working Hours are M-F; 8-5
- FLSA Status: Exempt
- Master's degree in a mental health-related field
- Three years of professional experience in mental health crisis services.
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Incumbent must possess a license as a LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LADC or similar license in the Behavioral health field.
