Responsibilities

Thompson Restaurants Senior Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and executing marketing and branding efforts for multiple restaurants within the portfolio. Top priorities are to drive brand awareness, plan enticing events and promotions, increase customer loyalty, and take the brands to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to create strong and consistent brand identities
  • Define target audience for multiple brands
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities and customer preferences
  • Develop marketing calendar to include promotions, holidays, menu changes, and events
  • Brand Identity Management:
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints, including digital, print, in-store, and social media
  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines
  • Oversee creation and production of marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, menus, and promotional materials
  • Marketing Campaigns and Events:
  • Plan and execute creative and exciting marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and to overall increase sales
  • Monitor performance and analyze results
  • Collaborate with operations and plan unique signature events within multiple brands
  • Support Grand Openings by building community relationships, performing location and competitive analysis, build new social following, and plan opening day activities
  • Digital and Social Media Marketing:
  • Align the brand presence through website management, online directories, review platforms, search engine optimization (SEO), and digital ads
  • Manage social media accounts and develop engaging content
  • Create robust CRM program to support multiple marketing strategies
  • Manage brand photo shoots to include developing a shot list and style
  • Manage individual brand loyalty programs to drive guest engagement, retention and sales
  • Public Relations:
  • Manage relationships with local media, food bloggers, and influencers to generate positive coverage and reviews and increase brand visibility for multiple brands
  • Menu Innovation and Promotions:
  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Monitor market trends and customer feedback
  • Collaborate with culinary and beverage to identify opportunities for menu innovation
  • Oversee menu design and edits
  • Local Store Marketing:
  • Create marketing materials to support strategic partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers.

  • Qualifications

    What We're Looking For:
    • 3-5 years of brand or marketing management experience, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or lifestyle space
    • A creative thinker with strong strategic skills and a passion for storytelling
    • Proven experience with social media, digital advertising, and CRM tools
    • Strong organizational and project management skills-comfortable juggling multiple brands and initiatives
    • Collaborative spirit with the ability to work cross-functionally and inspire teams
