We are looking for a collaborative leader and creative individual to join the digital marketing team as a lead UX designer. In this position, you will guide other UX professionals and digital product stakeholders through each stage of the UX Design Process and is accountable for establishing standards and driving execution of design deliverables and for the ultimate outcomes of those deliverables.

In this position, you will guide other UX professionals and digital product stakeholders through each stage of the UX Design Process and is accountable for establishing standards and driving execution of design deliverables and for the ultimate outcomes of those deliverables.
What You Will Do as USANA's Lead UX Designer
- Define the UX vision for mobile app touchpoints within and work with other UX and Digital Product professionals to ensure that project work consistently advances that vision
- Plan, prioritize, and schedule all UX project work within the mobile app domain
- Coordinate with stakeholders across domains to establish and maintain a seamless user experience across touchpoints and channels
- Generate or manage the generation of deliverables for all mobile app UX project work
- Work directly with USANA sellers, Customers, and Stakeholders to inform and validate project requirements
- Synthesize customer insights and align them to business objectives
Background and Skills You Will Need
- Bachelor's Degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, or other evidence of exceptional design knowledge and experience
- 3-5 years' work experience creating, defining, and advocating for world-class experiencesin native mobile environments
- Experience drafting and maintaining a strategic workload roadmap
- Experience working in an Agile Design and Development environment and implementing experience strategy across development sprint
- Well-versed in branding, marketing, development, and business strategy and able to communicate and work with stakeholders in these and other fields across the company, including executives
