We're seeking a Senior Commissioning Project Manager to take ownership of complex projects, build strong client relationships, and help shape the future of sustainable, high-performing buildings.
What You'll Do
- Lead commissioning projects from start to finish-scope, budget, client relationships, and everything in between.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Oversee functional and pre-functional testing of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Mentor junior staff, manage resources, and drive project success.
- Identify new business opportunities and support proposal development.
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 5+ years in commissioning or MEP project management.
- Strong understanding of building systems and industry standards.
- Leadership, communication, and client-facing confidence.
- CxA, PE, PMP, or similar certifications a plus.
