Job Overview:

The Senior Manager, Recruitment role will be responsible for leading and enhancing our talent acquisition strategy. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent for our organization. They will be responsible for designing and implementing best-in-class hiring processes that align with business goals. They will partner with senior executives and department leaders to understand workforce needs and develop customized strategies that enhance candidate engagement and experience. A key aspect of the role involves optimizing the use of recruitment technology and analytics to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to support business growth and workforce planning.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to drive excellence in talent acquisition.
  • Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create tailored hiring plans.
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a positive candidate experience.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve key hiring metrics.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) hiring initiatives.
  • Leverage digital tools, social media, and recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other sourcing partners.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and recruitment best practices.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within a retail or high-volume hiring environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in recruitment metrics and reporting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and manage multiple priorities.
