Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Independent Retail Pharmacist to join a community-focused pharmacy team.
As an Independent Retail Pharmacist, you will play a pivotal role in providing personalized healthcare services and patient-centered care.

Position Qualifications:
Is licensed to practice pharmacy in the State of California.
Has at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an accredited college of Pharmacy.
Holds current BLS Certification.
Meets requirements set forth by current federal, state, and local laws, guidelines, and regulations.
Maintains required continuing education hours annually to assure continued competence.
Demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively with others at all levels.
Possesses above-average interpersonal, problem-solving, and written and oral communication skills.

Maintains awareness of third-party systems and resolves issues promptly.
Reports prescription errors immediately and follows company policy.
Develops good working relationships with healthcare professionals.
Pursues training and development opportunities and keeps abreast of new regulations.
Manages difficult customer situations and solicits feedback.
