HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?
As a Project Manager for North Highland, you will help drive a transformational ERP implementation program encompassing two distinct projects - Finance, Accounting and Supply Chain Management or Human Capital Management. In the role of Deputy Program Manager for one of these critical workstreams, you will coordinate and manage key activities ensuring successful delivery aligned with overall program objectives. This opportunity requires expertise in managing complex ERP implementations, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to navigate cross-functional teams in a dynamic utility environment.

YOU WILL:
- Lead a workstream ensuring all project deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Ensure alignment between multiple workstreams, teams, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document requirements
- Identify and document dependencies and ensure working teams and leadership are informed
- Ensure project plans, schedules, and status reports are maintained and updated
- Coordinate and manage the activities of internal teams and external consultants
- Work closely with Change Management team to ensure engagement of various teams during implementation and ultimately successful adoption of the new ERP system by users
- Identify, mitigate and as necessary, escalate risks and issues
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Senior Program Manager and other key stakeholders
- Develop, prepare and submit project management plan and subsidiary plan for approval within twenty (20) business days
- Execute the project in accordance with the approved project management plan including the approved scope, cost, and schedule baselines
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
- Experience in ERP transformation (Successfactors and Workday would be Ideal) or similar projects on large, cross-functional enterprise programs, preferably in the utility or government space
- Program management capabilities including program strategic alignment, program governance, program life cycle management, program benefits management, and program stakeholder engagement
- Strong project management skills covering project planning, project delivery, resource management, scope management, stakeholder and communication management, risk management, quality management, performance monitoring, integration management, and cost management
- Project controls expertise including cost estimation and management, scheduling, risk management, quality management, change control, reporting, earned value management, and document control
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate between multiple workstreams in a business transformation project involving people, process, and technology components
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing external consultants
