Description:

PGS Worldwide is seeking a highly motivated Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst in Clearfield, UT., to support aerospace and defense programs. In this role, you will collaborate with Program Managers, CAMs, and cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights, cost control, and Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis across multiple contracts.This is an initial 12-month contract-to-hire opportunity, and I will respond immediately to all qualified candidates.

Job Description:
  • Develop and maintain Integrated Master Plans and Schedules (IMP/IMS) to meet program objectives
  • Ensure full schedule integration across engineering, finance, manufacturing, materials, and quality teams
  • Perform schedule risk analysis, critical path evaluations, and identify scheduling conflicts
  • Monitor earned value metrics and support compliance with DCMA/DECM guidelines
  • Prepare and submit monthly contract deliverables such as IPMRs
  • Support program reviews and status updates by providing schedule performance visibility
  • Utilize tools including Microsoft Project, SAP/S4, Milestone Pro, wInsight, Tableau/Power BI, and Excel

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of program scheduling experience
    (or Master's degree with 3+ years | or High School Diploma with 9+ years of experience)
  • Experience in Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work on-site daily in Clearfield, UT
  • Must hold or be eligible to transfer a U.S. Secret Clearance within a reasonable period of time
  • US Citizenship

Desired:
  • Aerospace or defense industry experience
  • Experience with Deltek tools (Cobra and Acumen Risk)
  • Advanced Excel skills, including macros and VBA
  • Familiarity with government scheduling standards and cost/schedule integration best practices
