Overview

Leads the development, planning, and execution of PEO partner focused growth strategies. In collaboration with PEO Area Directors, District Sales Managers, and Strategic Business Consultants, establish and manage direct relationships with key executives with the Top PEO partners as determined by the business. Accountable for growing revenue/share of wallet within assigned partners and developing new partnerships that result in attributable PEO revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Implement growth strategies, conduct quarterly business reviews, and execute custom incentives that meet internal ROI requirements, to increase Paychex PEO share of wallet with key partners.
  • Identify, develop, and close new partnership opportunities that align with the PEO growth strategy.
  • Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Service/Ops, Finance, Compliance and other key partners to implement strategies to effectively grow partnership sales results.
  • Assists in the execution of communication strategies to deliver program information, sales results, expectations, promotions/campaigns, and policies and procedures to the Field Sales organization(s) to ensure effective execution of the programs.
  • Consults and assists with Senior Leadership on recommended policy improvements, procedures and best practices aligned to the Paychex values and future state vision.
  • Collaborates with internal partners to build business cases for recommended changes from Senior Leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
  • 5 years of experience in HCM and/or PEO industry.
  • 5 years of experience in Partnership/indirect selling ecosystems.
  • Develops and delivers effective presentations.
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to represent the company with external constituents.
