The Corporate Communications Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and protecting our brand's reputation through strategic internal and external messaging. This position drives corporate branding initiatives, oversees communication channels, and ensures all stakeholder engagement aligns with business objectives. The role combines creative content development with analytical measurement to strengthen our market position and support business growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Brand Management
  • Participate in development and maintenance of a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all communications and marketing materials.
  • Oversee brand guidelines, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives. Ensure consistency across all marketing channels, communications, and stakeholder touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with marketing, HR, Membership, IT, Finance on projects and initiatives that strengthen brand equity.
  • Define an approach to monitor brand performance metrics among constituents including awareness, perception, and loyalty, using analytics and insights.
  • Contribute to refresh or reposition of brand as needed to align with business goals and market changes.

Corporate Communication
  • Oversee the management, design, and content strategy for the company website to ensure alignment with corporate goals and audience needs.
  • Review and improve SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  • Maintain the marketing site on the intranet to support employee engagement and facilitate understanding of the company and tools to consistently represent the brand.
  • Collaborate with IT to optimize user experience and functionality on digital platforms (Distributor Hub, Customer Hub, and Marketplace).

Stakeholder Communications
  • Partner with the Membership, HR, Finance, and IT teams to create and execute communication and event plans for constituents including webinars, onsite meetings, Value Statements, and digital communications.
  • Draft and distribute corporate announcements, press releases, newsletters, and presentations utilizing established digital channels.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to enhance employer branding and create recruitment campaigns and materials that attract top talent.

Measurement and Reporting
  • Regularly report on the impact of communication initiatives, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously innovate communication approaches.

WHO YOU ARE:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 5-7+ years of experience in marketing, corporate communications, or public relations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and content management systems
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and social media management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Optimistic outlook with desire to win, retain and grow business
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated project management abilities

Preferred Qualifications
  • Distribution industry experience
  • Adobe Creative Suite capabilities
  • Salesforce experience
  • Experience with brand repositioning or refresh initiatives
  • Background in digital analytics and SEO optimization

The Anticipated Salary Range for This Position:

$90,000 to $110,000

Network has established a salary range for this position based on a combination of market data, industry standards and specific requirements of the role. The actual starting salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills and abilities.

In addition, to base salary, Network associates are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health insurance, retirement contributions, opportunities for career growth and professional development. Our compensation package is designed to reward both individual contributions and team success, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent.
