We're looking for a strategic and results-driven Integrated Marketing leader with deep expertise in 1:1 Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to drive high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that engage top-tier accounts and accelerate revenue growth. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with sales and cross-functional teams to develop tailored marketing programs that optimize customer journeys, elevate brand positioning, and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Execute Strategic ABM Plans - Partner with account teams to craft and implement targeted programs that address account-specific challenges, engage key decision-makers, and unlock growth opportunities.
- Act as a Marketing Advisor - Work as a strategic consultant to sales teams, recommending custom programs and tactics that align with business objectives and client needs.
- Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work seamlessly with field marketing, product marketing, brand, and demand generation to execute holistic 1:1 ABM campaigns.
- Ensure Sales Alignment - Collaborate with sales leaders and enablement teams to integrate marketing efforts, facilitate seamless lead handoff, and communicate ongoing marketing initiatives.
- Measure & Optimize Impact - Track performance, analyze ROI, and refine campaigns based on insights to maximize effectiveness.
- 7+ years in account marketing, field marketing, or industry marketing (preferably in tech or SaaS).
- Proven success working with complex, enterprise accounts to accelerate pipeline and close deals.
- Hands-on experience in 1:1 and 1:few ABM strategies.
- Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to sales, marketing leadership, and customers.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret insights and optimize campaigns.
- Experience partnering with sales, customer success, and account development teams to align strategies.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Workspace, and ABM tools.
