The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Quorum products such as QLS, TIPS, QQM, QGIS, and ECalendar, along with experience supporting systems in a cloud environment (preferably AWS).
This role demands strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, an understanding of data integration and databases, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Quorum systems including QLS, TIPS, QQM, QGIS, and ECalendar.
- Support implementation and integration of Quorum systems across company infrastructure.
- Provide ongoing support for Quorum systems hosted in the AWS cloud environment.
- Troubleshoot and triage system and server issues related to Quorum applications.
- Analyze and resolve data issues, with a focus on database-level troubleshooting and integration.
- Deliver training and support to internal teams on the use of Quorum systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and consistent operations.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Keep current with industry trends and advancements in Quorum technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Deep domain knowledge in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Proficiency with Quorum products including QLS, TIPS, QQM, QGIS, and ECalendar.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting systems in a cloud environment, ideally AWS.
- Proficiency in database technologies and data integration.
- Knowledge of Oracle databases (versions 12 and 19).
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
