Our Senior Director of Strategic Planning and Business Development models all planning cycles (i.e., budgeting, forecasting, and strategic plan) for Tennis Channel. They work closely with the finance team, the senior leadership team, and Tennis Channel's President to support all planning deliverables for the core and growth business initiatives. This includes developing models and providing guidance on new business initiatives for ROI. This role serves as the internal project manager for M&A opportunities, collaborates with investment bankers, Corporate Business Development, and the Tennis Channel team to manage the process. They are the point person for new financial system implementations.

The base salary compensation range for this role is $145,000 to $160,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and maintain models for the rolling forecast and 5 Year Plan in coordination with TC and corporate finance departments.
- Collaborate with Corporate Distribution Finance, review models for all cycles, deal status, metrics, and trends.
- Partner with department heads on modeling digital platforms for both new and existing products.
- Work closely with senior management and Corporate Business Development on new business initiatives and financial modeling.
- Manage new business initiatives. Create models for Finance, special projects, and ad hoc analysis.
- Participate in creating business plans and strategies.
- Assist in identifying and securing new market shares.
- Contribute to developing existing business areas.
- Perform competitor analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
- 7 - 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning and business development
- Advanced Microsoft Excel required
- Familiarity with Oracle EPM and IBM Cognos TM1 preferred
- Possess strong quantitative and analytical skills combined with solid business and financial acumen
- Strong relationship building skills and a highly professional "client service orientation"
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and lead projects
