We are hiring a Board-Certified Provider (ARNP or PA-C) in Dayton, WA!
Our Family Practice Clinics provide exceptional and experienced care from our Medical and Dental providers and is a one-stop solution for all family health needs. Our 3 locations in Dayton, Waitsburg, and College Place include a friendly staff of Registered Nurses and Certified Medical and Dental Assistants who ensure comfort throughout patient visits. The teams work to holistically treat the whole patient, pushing the boundaries of what we can do in the name of improving patient health outcomes. Our integrated approach to healthcare is what sets us apart as we offer behavioral health and dental services alongside family practice, so our patients receive comprehensive care. We work together to personalize patient treatments and put the patient at the center of our care.

Qualifications and Experience:
A qualified candidate will have completed a master, post-master, or doctorate degree from an accredited nurse practitioner or institution or accredited Physician Assistant program, completed residency and internship and is Board Certified or Board Eligible and holds an active Washington State license to practice medicine.
A strong candidate will have 5+ years experience in a primary care setting, experience working with interdisciplinary teams and Electronic Health Records (EHR).

Compensation Package:
- Salary range: $120,000 - $167,000 annually
- Full-time, 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling, including 32 patient-facing hours
- Comprehensive benefits including Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, 401K participation, PTO, Sick Time Accruals, and Continued Medical Education (CME) support.
Essential Functions:
- Daily volume: Providers average 15 patients per day
- Contribute to population health initiatives and comply with regulatory and confidentiality requirements.
- Provide training and mentorship to staff and students and take part in after-hours call rotation as needed.
- Contribute to our integrated approach to healthcare. We offer behavioral health and dental services, alongside family practice so our patients receive comprehensive care.
