Architectural Project Manager - Luxury Residential

• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle - from concept to completion.
• Lead and mentor teams, including designers, engineers, and contractors.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and schedules.
• Translate client vision into innovative architectural designs.
• Ensure compliance with building codes & industry standards.
• Collaborate with construction teams to resolve design challenges.
• Maintain client relationships and provide a high-end experience.
• Optimize resources to enhance project efficiency & profitability.

Requirements

5+ years of experience (Luxury Residential preferred)

Proficiency in Revit (5+ years)

Strong design, presentation, and construction knowledge

Master's in Architecture (Accredited school)

Excellent organizational & communication skills

Must commute to Park City, UT
