The Role
The Operations Program Manager will report into the VP of Planning & Operations supporting a broad range of responsibility for the organization, contributing to the overall quality, proficiency and effectiveness of the Workplace Consulting infrastructure. The Operations Program Manager will be a key member of the operations team to help build and oversee a strong infrastructure by evaluating, improving, and ensuring compliance of office policies, best practices, onboarding, trainings and internal communications, and more. Like the products and services, we provide to our clients, the role of the operations team and how we support consulting will evolve as our business needs evolve.

The Value You Deliver
- Supporting office process improvement initiatives and execution oversight specifically related to contracts, risk & compliance and governance
- Ensuring office adherence and compliance across the organization
- Helping to identify gaps and collaborating with management team on making those connections to streamline and automate our office infrastructure
- Supporting onboarding and associate training efforts to continue to create awareness and build talent engagement and proficiency
- Coaching and advocating for new tools and changes that evolve
- Overseeing the internal communication channels and ensuring timeliness and continued engagement
- Assisting with the planning and execution of office events and leadership meetings
The Experience and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, legal studies, or similar
- 2-4 years of working experience with contracts, risk and/or compliance recommended
- Proficient with systems like Oracle, CMS, DocuSign, Salesforce, and other similar like tools
- Ability to take complex concepts and transform into digestible and reader-friendly materials that is clean, compelling, professional, and consistent to Fidelity's brand
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality deliverables
- Ability to manage multiple incoming priorities in a deadline-driven environment without compromising quality, standards and follow up; time management and prioritization are important
- Success in collaboration and forming relationships; experience working in a team environment across varying levels and with others across the firm
- Adapts quickly to change and adopts feedback; ability to be nimble and flexible as workplace demands change
- Be resourceful in finding the right answers; as well as be a resource for consultants to depend on to collaborate and deliver
- Strong work ethic and a calm demeanor
