What you will do:
- Supervise day-to-day activities and field teams across one or more skilled trades
- Hire, train, and lead team members
- Develop and promote a culture of safety, integrity, growth, and performance
- Conduct team and individual performance reviews
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Manage customer requests and resolve concerns professionally
- Lead safety training initiatives for team members
Who you are:
- 1-5 years of management experience preferred
- Proven experience in leading and developing a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
