ABOUT THE POSITION
The Clark County Water Reclamation District is seeking qualified candidates to apply for the Property Coordinator position. This position will be primarily responsible for:
  • Coordinating contracted services with vendors.
  • Ensuring building maintenance is being addressed and performed/Quality control of vendors.
  • Conducting various studies and giving recommendations to management and assist in implementation of outcomes of studies.
  • Coordinating with other departments on internal relocations and construction efforts.
  • Maintaining records and reports from various regulatory contracts.
  • Performing job scopes and reviewing contracts.


This recruitment will establish an Open Competitive Eligibility list to fill current and/or future vacancies that may occur within the next six (6) months or may be extended as needed by Human Resources.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience: Equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, or a field related to the work, and two years of administrative experience in building operation and/or property management. A combination of formal education and appropriate directly related experience that has provided the necessary skills and knowledge required to perform all aspects of this position may be considered as a substitute for the education on a year-for-year basis.

Working Conditions: May attend meetings outside of normal working hours. May work extended shifts or be called back in emergency situations.

Background Investigation: Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation. Periodically after employment background investigations may be conducted.

Pre-Employment Drug Testing: Employment is contingent upon the results of a pre-employment drug examination.
