Please note this position would require individuals to office out of our Wichita, KS corporate office.

The Vice President of Sales is responsible for planning, developing and implementing all company sales strategies. You will direct the efforts of all sales initiatives and coordinate the strategic and tactical levels with other departments with Divisional and Regional Sales Directors.

Some of the responsibilities of the position may include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Provide leadership of all sales activities
  • Work with executive leadership to develop and execute sales initiatives to meet company goals and standards
  • Develop and oversee sales programs for all Legend Senior Living residences in coordination with community level Directors
  • Create, implement and measure the success of sales through analysis and statistical measurements
  • Provide training, support and counsel to Residence Directors and Sales Directors in sales, marketing, communication, outreach and public relations as well as demonstrating successful proficiency based on residence results
  • Ensure residences are completing relevant research and developing annual and quarterly plans that achieve desired goals

Requirements

Please note this position would require relocation to our Wichita, KS corporate office.

Work Experience or Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years prior experience in a sales leadership position
  • Previous experience leading team remotely
  • Previous experience in the Senior Living industry is preferred
  • Ability to travel frequently to our locations across the country
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel required, prefer experience with Vitals software, though not required
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to anticipate needs, sales presentation, follow-through and ownership on assignments
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or similar discipline; or equivalent experience
