Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with various stakeholders, influencing decisions to align to customer goals.
Design, develop, test, and implement data engineering processes to generate analytical and reporting solutions.
nalyze and prepare the data needed for data science-based outcomes.
Manage and maintain metadata data structures besides providing necessary support as needed.
Demonstrate domain expertise, develop, and execute program plans and proactively solicit feedback from stakeholders to identify improvement actions.
Leverage standard suite of platform and core module analytics & algorithms, software application capabilities, strong engineering & analytics backgrounds.
Responsible for the overall design, documentation, maintenance, and translation of business needs into long-term architecture solutions.
Identify and lead automation of repetitive processes to minimize errors and maximize service delivery.
Partner with users and product team to understand their data product operational needs; translate these into a support model for billing products.
Track KPIs to communicate operational status to users and leadership.
