What you'll be doing:
- Lead and manage strategic programs and projects within Category Operations, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Develop and manage critical project timelines, ensuring that schedules are maintained and communicated effectively.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams, including contractors, to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any dependencies.
- Facilitate status meetings with Category leads, providing opportunity insight and updates tracking progress against milestones.
- Identify and manage potential risks, issues, and obstacles in project execution, escalating and mitigating where necessary.
- Oversee team responsible for maintaining and managing the integrity of critical data & systems, such as the internally developed software used to manage the nationwide network of installation partners.
- Document lifecycle changes, business requirements, and process flows for system upgrades or new tools.
- Utilize data analytics to track the performance of programs and projects, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive operational improvements and cost efficiencies.
- Ability to support analytical team with data and systems questions.
- Team responsible for creating and maintaining reports for program performance management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, product & engineering, and senior leadership, to ensure alignment and support for key initiatives.
- Ensure proper buy-in from all departments, effectively managing stakeholder expectations and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
- Responsible for identifying, nurturing, and retaining talent. This includes coaching, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback to foster growth and career development.
- Regularly assess individual and team performance against goals, addressing underperformance, and implementing development plans to ensure continuous improvement.
- Ability to strategically think about team organizational design and advocate for change as needed to leadership.

- An understanding of service sales and third-party logistics and a passion to apply knowledge to internal systems with the understanding that process improvement always includes the customer.

- Skills in statistical analysis
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience and working knowledge of Supply chain/Logistics, Customer Service Order Entry Systems and processes, productivity standards, and technology.
What's needed- Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Program Management, Business Strategy or Analytics
- Direct People management experience.
- Experience with stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Strong analytical skills with SQL
- Proficiency Power BI, Tableau and Excel
What's needed- Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical Experience with Snowflake
- Degree in computer science, analytics, data science, or engineering
