UHS is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented program director that will play a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) and driving growth strategy across the Behavioral Health division. This hybrid position blends traditional Program Office responsibilities with executive leadership, strategic operations, and sales enablement to help align, coordinate, and accelerate our growth initiatives.

Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), the Divsional Director for the Behavioral Health (BH) Program Office will ensure alignment across the BH division's facilities, supports data-driven growth, and implements key projects that streamline operations and improve sales outcomes. This individual will work closely with the business development team to optimize pipeline management, improve sales processes, and drive growth, while also handling high-priority projects, strategic initiatives, and operational improvements that increase overall efficiency.

Knowledge
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in program management, operations, and/or related roles that are transferable.
  • Knowledge and passion of behavioral health, mental health services, or substance abuse treatment
  • Experience in leading cross-functional projects with a focus on driving sales goals and operational efficiencies.
  • F amiliarity with CRM systems, analytics, and metrics.

  • Excellent project management skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines while driving results.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • A deep understanding of behavioral health services, including clinical and operational aspects of mental health and substance abuse treatment.
